Call Center Representative

We assist customers in applying for Social Security Disability at every stage of the process whether they are first time applicants, have been denied, or are going to a hearing in all 50 states. Premier Disability Services, an Internet Brands company, is seeking qualified Call Center Representatives to join our high‑volume call center team based in Minneapolis, MN.

Compensation: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $500 a month in bonuses based on performance.

Hiring states: Minnesota, Georgia, Iowa, Texas, South Dakota, Kansas.

Onsite location: Brooklyn Park, MN – Pay starts at $20.00 per hour.

Remote hiring areas: Pay starts at $16.00 per hour.

Terms: Full‑time. This is an hourly, non‑exempt position.

Hours of operation: Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm CST.

• Providing accurate information to incoming customer/client callers regarding disability claim status.
• Making outbound calls to obtain required information from clients pertaining to their cases/hearings.
• Efficiently accessing various disability processing systems and related applications to research and resolve inquiries and issues.
• Effectively navigating multiple computer windows to access several systems in a proficient manner.
• Handling all callers with efficiency, courtesy, and respect.
• Meeting daily metric goals and monthly audits.

• Two (2) years of high‑volume call center experience.
• Two (2) years of customer service/sales experience preferred.
• Ability to retain information and learn new systems quickly.
• Commitment to strong attendance.
• Strong computer knowledge and excellent typing skills (minimum 50 WPM).
• Ability to handle high call volume while deescalating scenarios through conflict resolution skills.
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to perform with high accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills to review documents and reach sound decisions.
• Ability to meet multiple performance targets at or above benchmark levels, including accuracy, call quality, timeliness, and productivity.
