Allied National Services has an immediate need for a Customer Service Account Manager at our corporate office. We are looking for reliable, upbeat, assertive candidates who enjoy taking on significant responsibility for customer satisfaction. This position involves coordinating vendor services via phone and responding to customer service requests to ensure services meet client and company requirements.
Duties include:Office
Hours:
8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday - Friday
- 2+ years' experience providing excellent customer service in an office setting
- Strong work history (no job jumpers)
- Superior multi-tasking skills
- Assertive, confident, with good judgment for decision-making
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Solid organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills in a high-transaction environment
- Management experience is a plus but not required
- Associates or bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
