About the Role:
We are looking for a warm, reliable, and engaging Early Preschool Lead Teacher to join our team! This role leads a classroom of children ages 2-3, focusing on building independence, confidence, and kindergarten readiness through hands‑on learning and positive guidance.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and implement fun, developmentally appropriate lesson plans
• Lead a structured preschool classroom that promotes independence and self-help skills
• Support children in daily routines, including toileting independence and hygiene
• Foster social-emotional growth through positive guidance and redirection
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
• Observe and assess children’s development and communicate progress with families
• Collaborate with assistant teachers to ensure a consistent, supportive classroom experience

Qualifications:

• Meets Minnesota Lead Teacher requirements or is willing to work toward qualification
• Experience with children ages 2-3 preferred
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for early childhood education and helping children grow

Teacher

Qualifications:

• AA or CDA with two years experience
• OR B.A. degree in Early Childhood Education or similar field and one year experience
• OR A similar mix of education and experience

Assistant Teacher

Qualifications:

• 12 post-secondary credits in early childhood development or a related field
• Or
  
  B.S, in any field
• Experience working with children ages 6 weeks-6 years.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
