** to join our Paving Team. In this influential global role, you will lead a high-performing team to harness customer machine data, solve complex challenges, and deliver world-class paving solutions that exceed our customer expectations.
** What You will Do (Job Duties)
** and tasks, while actively  extensive experience and research to Empower, mentor, and lead a team of engineers, fostering their growth and providing expert technical guidance in a non-supervisory leadership role.
** What You Have (Basic Qualifications)
** Strong analytical skills and ability to gather and analyze requirements to understand Paving machine team needs. Strong working knowledge of Paving equipment design and Paving applications.  Proven ability to perform complex assignments,  workload, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
** Troubleshooting Technical Problems:
** Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information and solutions with internal stakeholders.
** Team Management:
** Ability to form and manage a worldwide team with a data analytics background. Progressive roles including experience in machine analytics development. experience in engineering Experience leading project engineering teams. Experience developing Paving equipment including hydraulic, electrical and structural systems.

Significant application knowledge of Paving Product’s Machines.

Experience with Python and C++.
