Responsibilities- Collaborate seamlessly with Paving Product’s segment teams ensuring smooth and effective project execution.
- Clearly communicate project objectives and tasks, while actively soliciting insights and feedback from team members to drive success.
- Skillfully interpret and convey customer, management, and team input, both verbal and non-verbal, to inform project decisions.
- Apply extensive experience and research to identify root causes, distinguish assumptions and perspectives, and provide expert guidance in machine data analysis.
- Empower, mentor, and lead a team of engineers, fostering their growth and providing expert technical guidance in a non-supervisory leadership role.
- Degree Requirement: A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering/Computer Science, Robotics, or Agricultural Engineering, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Technical Excellence:
Strong working knowledge of Paving equipment design and Paving applications. Strong analytical skills and ability to gather and analyze requirements to understand Paving machine team needs. - Project Management:
Proven ability to perform complex assignments, directly related to either NPI or CPI and able prioritize workload, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills. Able to collaborate with international teams in various time zones. - Troubleshooting Technical Problems:
Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information and solutions with internal stakeholders. - Team Management:
Ability to form and manage a worldwide team with a data analytics background.
- Progressive experience in engineering roles including experience in machine analytics development.
- Experience leading project engineering teams.
- Experience developing Paving equipment including hydraulic, electrical and structural systems.
- Significant application knowledge of Paving Product’s Machines.
- Experience with Python and C++.
Up to 15%.
