We are seeking lateral officers with at least one year of full-time experience and current peace officer licensing or eligibility in Minnesota. Your prior training allows for a condensed academy and field training process.
We offer a competitive 2025 wage range of $46.11–$54.89/hr, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, 48 hours front-loaded vacation, 40 hours front-loaded sick time, and special assignment opportunities including SWAT, K9, and investigations.
