We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to our clients in their homes. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities by assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. Your commitment to resident rights and adherence to HIPAA regulations will be crucial in maintaining the dignity and privacy of those you serve.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Follow individualized care plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties.
• Assist with mobility and lifting as needed to ensure client safety and comfort.
• Engage clients in social activities and recreational programs to promote mental stimulation.
• Ensure the safety of clients.

• Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as home community care or assisted living is preferred.
• Familiarity with memory care techniques.
• Ability to lift clients safely and assist them with mobility challenges.
• Knowledge of developing and implementing care plans is beneficial.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with physical mobility challenges.
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and empathy towards clients.
• Ability to cook nutritious meals that cater to individual dietary needs.
• Certification in CPR or First Aid is essential but not required to apply.
• Must be able to pass background checks as required by state regulations.
• Must be flexible with any shift time.
• Must be physically capable and able to lift 30 lbs.
