Position Summary

As an HRBP, you will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with leadership and employees to drive business objectives, promote a culture of excellence, and implement human resources strategies. This role requires a blend of operational expertise, people management skills, and a deep understanding of regulatory and compliance standards in a manufacturing environment. In addition, this role plays a key part in advancing Learning & Development initiatives that strengthen organizational capability and support employee growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and align HR initiatives to support operational and strategic objectives, including the development of learning pathways that build critical skills.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and capability-building strategies to ensure long-term organizational success.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, mediating and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive work environment while fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Partner with leaders to identify learning needs and support the rollout of L&D programs, workshops, and tools that enhance individual and team performance.
  • Support performance management processes, including coaching managers on delivering feedback, managing underperformance, and identifying development opportunities for team members.
  • Actively recruit and collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with company values, learning agility, and industry standards.
  • Develop retention strategies, including career development opportunities, skill-based training, recognition programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
Must Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience
  • Proven ability to navigate complex regulatory environments (e.g., FDA, ISO standards)
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, including employment law, employee relations, learning and organizational development, and talent acquisition
  • Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and support a culture of ongoing learning
Good To Have
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • 3+ years as an HRBP preferred
  • SHRM preferred
