** Job Description
**** This position will report to both the Brooklyn Park and Eden Prairie Campus.
** The purpose of this position is to monitor and direct short term and long term educational and operational technology plans aligned to institution strategic plans and educational technology needs. Supervise and establish and maintain a technology department culture of service effectiveness, accountability and innovation. While maintaining an understanding and commitment of diversity and inclusion, leads educational technology initiatives to support innovative and engaging use of technology in the face to face and online environments.
Acts as institution CIO of Technology, Effectiveness and Planning when needed.
** Salary Range:
** 39.32 - 67.92 USD Hourly
** Minimum Qualifications
*** Six (6) years’ experience supporting technology and/or academic technology.
* Supervisory experience.
* Experience developing and administering budgets and equipment purchasing.
* Experience with academic pedagogy and implementing educational technology programs.
* Experience supporting continuous quality improvement for technology lifecycle and service management. A Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field substitutes for 18 months of experience; a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field substitutes for 12 months; an associate’s degree Information Technology or related field substitutes for 6 months.
** Preferred Qualification
*** Master degree in Information Technology, computer science, educational technology or related field.
* Three (3) years supervisory experience.
* Experience in a higher education setting.
* Experience implementing professional learning communities to promote educational technology
** Other Requirements
