Facilitate technical discussions to resolve security architecture, integration, dependency, sequencing, and ownership issues.

Identify gaps, conflicting assumptions, unresolved decisions, and delivery risks before they impact migration milestones.

Drive decisions and accountability when ownership or dependencies cross organizational boundaries.

Maintain clear visibility into critical dependencies, blockers, risks, decisions, milestones, and overall program health.

Provide concise, executive-level reporting focused on outcomes, risks, dependencies, decisions, and required actions.

Bring structure and accountability to complex, cross-functional initiatives and follow through on critical work through completion.
