The pay range per hour is $20.19 - $36.35.

A role with Target Printing Services means becoming part of a dynamic team that drives and enables Target's communication strategy. You'll play a key role in bringing comprehensive promotional and value stories to life in our stores, enhancing the guest experience, and embodying Target's core values.

As a Sr. Folder Operator
, your primary function will be to set up and operate continuous‑feed and pile‑feed folding equipment. You are responsible for achieving the standard production rates on folding equipment. Occasionally, you may functionally supervise a crew of one to two team members. In this role, you are responsible for maintaining or exceeding all quality standards and maintain strict adherence to all operational, safety and quality procedures.

You will enter all production data into our Monarch data collection system including the start and end time of the task assigned, the quantity of production produced, etc. as required. You are responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly and safe work area and for routine maintenance. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and making simple repairs as necessary, and provide training to other team members as requested by supervisor.

• High school diploma
• Able to perform with minimal supervision
• Able to read, understand and follow job instructions
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Must be able to work 12 hour shifts and stand for long periods of time
• Previous experience with folding equipment

The core role requires you to report and perform job duties primarily On‑Site at a Target HQ location.
