Finisher/Rewinder - 1st and 2nd shifts available
As a company dedicated to building a better future for people, the Finisher/Rewinder plays an integral role in our success.
The Finisher/Rewinder will package finished products according to customer specifications and perform all warehouse functions with high accuracy and speed. Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping items, both in-house and customer-owned, following specific requirements.
Key duties include:
Reading, reviewing, and understanding job tickets, spec sheets, and customer instructions to accurately pack finished products.Retrieving customer orders from designated workstations and fulfilling them accurately and promptly.Picking items in sequence and adjusting quantities as needed.Signing orders and completing packing according to customer specifications.Filling out packing slips and attaching them appropriately.Determining shipping methods and completing necessary paperwork for various carriers.Completing and returning all required documentation and logs.Must-haves include:
High school diploma or equivalent.Ability to read, write legibly, and follow instructions.Capability to lift up to 100 pounds with equipment assistance, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds, constantly lift up to 20 pounds.We offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees (30+ hours/week), including health insurance, 401(k) plan with match, paid time off, holidays, profit sharing, an exercise room, and more.
