Shifts Available: 1st & 2nd (Monday-Friday); 3rd (Sunday-Thursday)

ENPOINTE is expanding our production team. We are seeking a skilled Bindery Cutter Operator to set up, operate, and maintain cutting machinery to produce high-quality printed materials. This role requires precision, efficiency, and a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

• Set up, adjust, and operate cutting equipment (guillotine cutters, die cutters, multi-function finishing units).
• Interpret job tickets, complete test cuts, and ensure accurate alignment, size, and finishing.
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and make precision adjustments.
• Perform routine maintenance, including blade changes and cleaning.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following OSHA guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet tight deadlines and production targets.
• Lead small crews, monitor output, and optimize workflows.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–5+ years of experience operating bindery cutting equipment in a print or packaging environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with paper weights, cutting tolerances, and machine adjustments.
• Ability to read and interpret job instructions, tickets, and specifications.
• Physical ability to lift 50–75 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Detail-oriented with strong math and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

• Experience with other bindery operations (folding, collating, stitching, gluing).
• Supervisory or leadership experience.

• Fast-paced production environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and dust.
• Must be flexible to work overtime or adjust shifts as needed.
• Safety-first mindset is essential.
