We are seeking a dependable Material Handler — Forklift Operator to join a growing team in the Maple Grove/Brooklyn Park area. This position involves handling materials to and from production areas, operating powered industrial trucks, and ensuring accurate documentation of all material movement. Ideal candidates will be safety‑conscious, team‑oriented, and eager to contribute to a high‑performing production environment.

• Operate material handling equipment including counterbalance forklifts, reach trucks, pickers, tuggers, and turret trucks
• Accurately pick, kit, and deliver material to designated locations in a timely manner
• Use handheld scanners and computers to complete material transactions
• Perform material audits, empty hoppers, and manage dunnage
• Maintain clean and organized work spaces in compliance with safety standards
• Identify, document, and communicate discrepancies or improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with team members and work independently as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines and use required PPE

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1–3 years of material handling experience preferred
• Ability to read standard work instructions and complete improvement documentation
• Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions with limited supervision

• Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs and standing for 8+ hour shifts
• Exposure to welding fumes and noise levels over 85db
• Work in varying temperatures and confined or awkward positions
• Repetitive tasks involving grasping, pushing, pulling, and reaching
• Operation of cranes, hoists, and use of hand tools (e.g., box cutters, band cutters)
• Exposure to magnets that may interfere with medical devices
