Are you a compassionate and dedicated LPN looking to make a real difference in your community? Join Mains’l as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and become an essential part of our Health and Wellness Team.

As an LPN, you’ll provide wellness education, health support, and staff training under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) for individuals receiving community-based services. Your responsibilities include in-home visits, staff training, phone consultations, and collaboration with our team.

• Licensed and in good standing with the MN Board of Nursing
• Experience in home or community-based care (preferred)
• Strong communication skills, able to simplify medical information
• Organized with good time management
• Compassionate, collaborative, and dedicated to improving lives
• Open to learning and professional development

• Salary: $25.36-$28.80/hour
• Schedule:
  
  Full-Time, primarily days, plus on-call rotation
