Be the Best Home Health LVN/LPN You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

• One year of clinical experience and one year of home health experience
• Ability to provide nursing visits as prescribed by the physician and maintain accurate medical records

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
• Currently licensed as an LPN or LVN in the state of operation
• Valid CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to all locations
