Saint Therese at Oxbow Lake is looking for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team! With 142 independent living, assisted living, memory care apartments and 64 long-term and transitional care suites, our Brooklyn Park campus is a vibrant, established community where it's easy to establish positive connections.

• Providing direct care to residents under individual plans of care, administering care and medications per doctor’s orders.
• Administer medications and/or treatment in accordance with physician's orders and monitor for effectiveness/response.
• Document resident care using charting software.
• Notify Nurse Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident’s condition, and take follow‑up action, as necessary.
• Work to coordinate, oversee, and provide guidance to NARs.
• Display a positive attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.

Position available includes working every other weekend and every other holiday:

• 2:00 p.m.
  
  - 10:30 p.m. (24 hours per two‑week pay period)

• Degree obtained from an accredited nursing program.
• Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have a current MN LPN license.
• Minimum of one‑year previous experience as a nurse is required, preferably in memory care setting.

• Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven history of good judgement and integrity.
• High level of commitment to compassionate customer service.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of position, including lifting over 50 lbs. while transferring a resident.
• CPR Certification.

Pay Range: $31.09 – $42.19/hour depending on experience
