Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | Days - 8 hours per shift
Pay Range: $38.87 - 52.75 per hour, depending on experience

The Difference You’ll MakeHelp keep our residents, staff, and community safe! We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our Infection Prevention & Control Program. In this role, you'll monitor infection trends, drive prevention strategies, educate staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote best practices that improve resident outcomes.
- Lead and coordinate the facility's Infection Prevention & Control Program.
- Track, analyze, and report healthcare-associated infection (HAI) data.
- Conduct investigations, root cause analyses, and develop action plans.
- Oversee infection prevention policies, procedures, and antibiotic stewardship efforts.
- Monitor compliance with PPE, isolation precautions, and other infection control protocols.
- Educate and train staff on infection prevention best practices.
- Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted resource for infection prevention across the organization.
- Current Minnesota RN license in good standing.
- Training, certification, or experience in Infection Prevention and Control.
- Experience with infection control management and risk management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret data and implement evidence-based practices.
- CIC® certification (or willingness to obtain).
- 2+ years of long-term care experience.
- Experience with Point Click Care .
