Qualus is seeking a Lead Field Service Technician to power critical electrical systems both in the shop and in the field in Minnesota. You will lead testing, maintenance and repairs on low and medium voltage equipment, including breakers, transformers and switch gear.
Required are 5–7 years in power systems, NETA preferred, and strong skills with schematics, field documentation, and MS Office. A valid driver’s license and EPC/ABET‑aligned degree are preferred.
