Backend Engineer

Join our team as a Backend Engineer and play a pivotal role in developing robust systems and services, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive innovation.

• Design and implement application architectures with a focus on scalability and reliability.
• Develop and maintain backend systems, ensuring high‑quality code through rigorous testing.
• Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Manage and support services deployment in cloud environments.

• Proficiency in Kotlin and experience with frameworks like Micronaut or Spring Boot.
• Strong experience in backend software development in large‑scale settings.
• Solid understanding of Apache Kafka and stream processing.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops tools and test‑driven development methodologies.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

The pay range for this role is $49 - $85 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
