We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Consultant to join our warehouse operations team. This role involves hands‑on physical work, including shipping, screening, and moving parts, pallets, and various hardware components. The ideal candidate will have strong warehouse and inventory management experience and be comfortable in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment that supports technology hardware operations across multiple facilities.

• Fulfillment of hardware incidents (60%) – Pick, pack, and ship hardware components for repair or replacement.
• Inventory tracking and reconciliation (25%) – Maintain accurate records, track shipments, and manage stock levels.
• Configuration and firmware updates (15%) – Prepare and configure hardware before deployment.
• Support warranty processing and detailed inventory documentation.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and site contacts to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Follow established warehouse processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Proven warehouse experience including material handling and inventory operations.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain accurate reporting and documentation.
• Experience working with inventory management systems and related data tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to build relationships across teams.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and adapt to change.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Interest in learning about new and evolving technologies.
• Ability to lift and move pallets/packages weighing 25 lbs or more.

• Associate’s or technical degree.
• Prior experience in a corporate or technology environment.
• Familiarity with Service Now, Excel, and SharePoint.
