We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Construction Drafter to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in preparing precise technical drawings and documentation that support project planning and execution. If you have a strong eye for detail, a logical approach to design, and a passion for delivering high-quality work, we want to hear from you!

• Interpret and convert project documentation, including architectural plans, structural drawings, and specifications, into clear and accurate construction drawings.
• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings for building renovations, layouts, and assemblies using CAD software.
• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and engineers to ensure drawings align with project scope and requirements.
• Revise drawings based on feedback or design changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain drawing standards and ensure compliance with building codes and company guidelines.
• Organize and archive drawing files and documentation for current and past projects.
• Assist with developing permit sets and construction document packages.
• Participate in coordination meetings to resolve design or constructability issues.

• 3+ years of drafting experience in construction (experience in building renovations preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit, Sketch Up, or other BIM software experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, terminology, and technical standards.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in drawings.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools is a plus.

• Full-time position with competitive pay($65,000 - $70,000 per year).
