OverviewWe’re looking for a Junior Digital Brand Designer to support our Creative & Marketing team by bringing campaigns, promotions, and storytelling to life through clear, consistent visual design. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, design-curious creative who’s excited to learn, collaborate, and grow in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
What You’ll Do- Design visual assets including newsletters, flyers, digital ads, pamphlets, and in-store materials
- Support ongoing promotional needs across multiple channels
- Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables
- Prepare production-ready files for digital and print
- Regular Shopify and Bentobox visual & copy updates
- Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Operations teams to meet deadlines
- Organize and manage design files, templates, and asset libraries
- 1–2 years of experience in graphic or digital design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for both digital and print
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
- Interest in hospitality, food, lifestyle, or cultural brands is a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools and curiosity about how emerging platforms can support creative work
$68K–$75K annually
