Job Description:
As a Psychiatrist at Doral Health & Wellness, you will play a crucial role in our mission to enhance the mental health and well-being of our patients. Our clinics, strategically located throughout Brooklyn, provide a collaborative and innovative environment where you can make a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications.
- Provide therapy and counseling to individuals, groups, or families.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Psychiatry.
- State medical license and DEA registration.
- Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to patient-centered care.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $275,000 - $300,000 per year
