Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Medical Director - Primary Care and Geriatrics to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County

Opportunity Details- Plan, direct, evaluate all aspects of clinical services within the Adult Primary Care/Medicine Outpatient Division.
- In partnership with the Chief of Ambulatory Care and Chief of Medicine, provide strategic direction and oversight in the development and administration of tactical direction, corporate culture, and organizational planning within the Adult Primary Care and Geriatrics Clinics.
- Translate strategic direction into clear performance goals and priorities including productivity and efficiency targets, recruitment and retention, and metrics for importance aspects of care.
- Establish and update staff on standards of clinical performance and new healthcare regulations.
- Establish and implement patient safety and satisfaction goals to improve program protocols and clinical outcomes.
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Current DEA registration (all schedules).
- BLS certification.
- Experience in an Academically affiliated Ambulatory Care Center or NCQA‑recognized Patient Centered Medical Home is preferred.
- 3‑5 years of medical experience.
Annual Base Salary: $249,431
* based on 40‑hour work week.
The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $274,374**, which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors as set forth below.
- 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
- Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
