A large ABA organization is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee its New York operations, manage teams, implement systems, and report directly to ownership.
Responsibilities Include- Overseeing all NY regional operations
- Managing and leading operational teams
- Implementing systems, processes, and workflows
- Monitoring performance and driving operational improvements
- Reporting directly to ownership and leadership
- Senior operations leadership experience
- Experience managing large teams or multi-site operations
- Strong systems and process-building background
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Experience in healthcare or ABA preferred
Salary: $150k - $175k/Year
