• Keep the office stocked, smooth-running, and welcoming
• Support the doctors and team to make sure nothing slips through the cracks

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Confidence in leading conversations with warmth and clarity
• A heart for supporting team growth
• Experience with scheduling, emails, spreadsheets, or a willingness to learn
• A love for families, children, and building meaningful connections
