X-Ray - Radiology Technologist - CCH

In this role, the Radiology Technologist will perform a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative to obtain required images for a radiological diagnosis. Responding appropriately to professional staff and patient demands. Assisting management in sustaining a high quality of service.

This position will work on the 4th floor on the multispecialty surgical practice.

This is a full time position, located at NYP/Brooklyn Methodist, Radiology Outpatient Center for Community Health, working Monday - Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm

Preferred Criteria:

• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) strongly preferred

Required Criteria:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiography Technologist program.

• High School Diploma/GED

• N.Y. State Department of Health X-ray License

• New Graduates:
  Temporary license required and must supply exam date prior to start of employment. New York State Radiologic Technologist license must be obtained within six months of hire
