Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Brooklyn, NY | Outpatient Cancer Center

Contract | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM (37.5 hours/week) | 8-Week Assignment | Onsite

• Perform PET/CT imaging procedures using Siemens Biograph Vision PET/CT equipment for adult and geriatric oncology patients
• Operate Hot Lab equipment and manage safe handling, storage, and disposal of radioactive materials
• Start and maintain IVs and administer radiopharmaceuticals as required
• Document imaging procedures using NMIS/Pinestar and maintain accurate records within Epic EMR
• Follow isolation precautions and appropriate PPE protocols in an outpatient oncology setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary cancer care team to support patient-centered imaging services

• Minimum 2 years of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience
• New York State Department of Health License (must be in hand or have an ETA on issue date at time of submission)
• NMTCB Certification (hard copy required — candidates should order within 48 hours of signing)
• Experience in adult clinic and hospital settings
• Siemens equipment experience and PET imaging experience
• Two managerial references required (Charge RN references are not acceptable)
• Locals are welcome and accepted

• ARRT (N) and/or ARRT (PET) certification
• Previous Charge Technologist experience
• Experience administering Pluvicto (theranostic) injections
• Epic EMR experience

• Work in a specialized outpatient oncology environment utilizing advanced PET/CT imaging technology within a collaborative, multidisciplinary care team
• Consistent weekday daytime schedule with no shift rotation and up to 2 pre-approved time-off requests permitted per contract
