What You’ll DoYou’ll be the go‑to for all things people‑related — from sourcing the right talent to setting the tone for our internal culture. This is not a siloed or administrative‑only HR role. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, owns outcomes, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities പ്പം>Full‑cycle Recruiting:
Own hiring from start to finish — job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring across all departments.Onboarding & Culture:
Design and implement meaningful onboarding experiences that reflect our values and drive employee buy‑in.HR Operations:
Oversee HR compliance, employee records, benefits coordination, and assist in shaping internal policies and procedures.People Development:
Track employee performance, help develop training pathways, and support managers in coaching team members.Problem‑Solving & Fire‑Fighting:
You’re the calm in the storm — able to handle the occasional “one emergency a day” with clarity and positivity.
HR experience, ideally with exposure to recruiting and internal people operations.
Proven ability to take ownership and follow through — you don’t wait to be told what to do.
