• Sell life and health insurance policies to new and existing clients.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify the best insurance products for clients.
• Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to clients.
• Assist clients with life/health claims and policy changes.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to foster long‑term trust.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

• State insurance license for life and health insurance required
• Ability to attain a P&C license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products.
• Sales experience, preferably in comment.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency with insurance agency software.

Compensation $58,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
