We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at a well-established Skilled Nursing community in Brooklyn. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who value providing quality care in a supportive and resident-centered environment.

• 1 Full-Time LPN – Day & Evening Shifts, including weekend coverage

• 1 Per Diem LPN – Flexible availability, days & evenings, weekend coverage required

• Provide direct nursing care and oversee resident care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor residents’ health and report changes to the RN or physician

• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulations

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure the highest quality of care

Education:
NYS LPN

Certifications:
BLS

Experience & Skills:

• Current NY Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

• Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or similar setting preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
