General Hematology - Oncology. In Office and Infusion Practice
Credentialing Timeframe: 6-8 Weeks
Electronic Medical Record (EMR):
Mosaiq
Certifications

Required:

Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certification, and Oncology Certified
Licensure

Required:

Active New York State License and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
