As a member of the Cookie Crew at our Cobble Hill store located 109 Smith St, Brooklyn, NY 11201
, you are the ultimate Insomniac. You will front the store, interacting with customers and baking our delicious cookies.

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
• Bake our delicious cookies to perfection and a scoop of ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out Handle cash and payments accurately with no shortages or overages
• Maintain cleaning, sanitizing, and overall bakery upkeep

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer‑service focused role – preferred
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
• Customer service focused and a willingness to exceed guest expectations
• Great communication, organizational and math skills
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
