• Prepare and cook menu items according to our standardized recipes and guidelines.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet customer expectations.
• Adhere to proper food handling and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Assist in food inventory management and stock rotation.
• Maintain knowledge of current menu items, specials, and promotions.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and food safety practices.
• Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment and effectively communicate with team members.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• Attention to detail to ensure food quality and presentation standards are consistently met.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a valid food handler's permit or be willing to obtain one.
