As a Security Officer - Unarmed CRE Patrols in Brooklyn, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with visitors and tenants, and provide outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor the premises for any unusual activity and report findings according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Support access control procedures by observing entry and exit points and interacting with visitors and tenants as needed.
• Document observations and incidents in a timely and accurate manner, following company and client protocols.
• Collaborate with property management and/or local law enforcement as directed during incidents or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
