Flexible start between 7:30–9:00 AM; end time between 3:30–4:30 PM

The hiring manager is seeking a candidate with strong attention to detail, a team-oriented attitude, and excellent customer service skills. This role requires extensive walking/standing throughout the day and the ability to occasionally lift 30–50 lbs. A positive and professional demeanor is essential.

• Receive and sort inbound USPS mail and accountable packages.
• Check in and deliver USPS mail and accountable packages using chain-of-custody technology.
• Retrieve outbound USPS mail and packages from designated mail hubs.
• Walk/stand for 4–6 hours daily across a campus of two buildings with multiple floors.
• Create Fed Ex shipping labels.

• Restaurant server or hospitality experience (customer-facing, comfortable on their feet, familiar with POS systems).
• Mailroom experience is not required.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• Some related copy/print job experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance may be required per Client policy.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.

• Technical aptitude with printers, copiers, postage machines, and office equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good organizational abilities and reliability.

• Standard office environment with normal lighting, ventilation, and noise levels.
• Work involves varied tasks requiring comprehension and application of instructions and data.
• Physical activity includes standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching, climbing, and lifting/moving items up to 50–55 lbs.
• May require pushing/pulling wheeled equipment for servicing.
• Walking between buildings may be necessary.
