**** Summary of Role:
** The Senior Project Manager role leads large, complex, and high-visibility projects that support strategic business objectives. This role is responsible for project execution, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and overall delivery success across multiple cross-functional teams.

Operating above individual project execution, the Senior Project Manager provides leadership through influence, governance, and stakeholder engagement while serving as a trusted partner to customers and senior business leaders. This position does not have direct people management responsibility.

** Project Leadership & Execution
* Lead complex projects from initiation through closeout.
* Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and success metrics.
* Ensure alignment between project deliverables and business goals.
* Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Customer & Stakeholder Management
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and key stakeholders.
* Build strong relationships and maintain ongoing communication throughout project life cycles.
* Facilitate project reviews, status meetings, and executive updates.
* Drive alignment across internal and external stakeholders.

Planning, Financial & Commercial Management
* Develop and maintain project plans, resource forecasts, and budgets.
* Monitor project financial performance, forecasts, and profitability.
* Manage contract requirements, change orders, and scope adjustments.
* Support proposal reviews, project estimates, and business planning activities.

Risk, Issue & Governance Management
* Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
* Lead resolution of complex project challenges and escalations.
* Establish project governance, reporting, and decision-making processes.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and quality standards.

Continuous Improvement & Leadership
* Drive project management best practices and process improvements.
* Analyze project performance and recommend corrective actions as needed.
* Mentor junior project managers and contribute to organizational capability development.
* Promote accountability, execution excellence, and customer focus across project teams.
