Responsibilities- Conduct field surveys and assessments to determine project requirements and specifications.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues in the field.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and subcontractors on HVAC projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and design teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and compliance checklists.
- Participate in training and mentorship sessions for junior engineers and technicians.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC field engineering or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with field measurement tools and HVAC design software.
- Willingness to travel to job sites as required.
