• Consult with clients to determine their financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.
• Collect, review, and process loan applications and supporting documentation.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective borrowers through networking and referrals.
• Collaborate with processors and underwriters to facilitate loan approval and closing.
• Stay up to date on mortgage products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.

• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license required.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of mortgage loan products and compliance guidelines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
