We are looking for a qualified and experienced tax professional to join our team as an Associate Manager. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Direct Taxation, Transfer Pricing, Tax Litigation, and Tax Compliance, preferably with a background in the Infrastructure industry.

• Handling domestic & international taxation, including Transfer Pricing.
• Preparing and compiling tax appeal submissions and representing the company at CIT/DRP/ITAT levels.
• Conducting research on complex tax positions and applying them effectively.
• Managing tax assessments and preparing related working files.
• Reviewing tax orders, preparing appeals, and staying updated with recent tax case laws.
• Leading Tax Audits, Transfer Pricing Audits, and TP Study Reports.
• Filing Income Tax Returns and preparing Income Computations.
• Calculating tax provisions and advance tax payments.
• Generating MIS reports, maintaining accurate compliance records, and coordinating with internal departments.
• Hands‑on experience with IndAS financials, SAP, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder liaisoning skills.

• Candidates with experience in Infrastructure or similar industries will be given preference.
• Good understanding of business agreements and financial analysis.
