Invest Associate, Centralized Registered

Key Bank is seeking an Invest Associate to join our Centralized Registered team in Brooklyn, Ohio.

Within the Service Center of Key Investment Services (KIS), this individual is responsible for assisting the KIS Sales Force in achieving sales goals, customer service, business growth and client retention. The role serves as the primary contact for clients when their licensed representative is unavailable, building customer loyalty and ensuring satisfaction.

• Accept and assist with daily activities including heavy trade volume requests from clients and the sales force, ensuring accuracy.
• Follow up on all order executions for payment and remittance as required.
• Accept and process client account maintenance requests from the sales force and clients.
• Review client requests, accounts, and determine appropriate resolution.
• Recognize and report sales opportunities.
• Contact clients regarding Required Minimum Distributions.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, the sales force, and team members.

• Perform marketing‑related activities to promote business growth.
• Contact KIS clients to review accounts and resolve issues.
• Cross‑train and back up on various functions within the Service and Support teams.
• Participate in projects or assignments from management as required.

• High School Degree or equivalent required;
  College Degree in Business or Finance preferred.
• Experience in corporate actions, 1099, statement and cost basis research, collections, new account processing, legal and annuity documentation requirements.
• Background with retirement accounts, including contributions, distributions and RMD calculations.
• Knowledge of securities, bonds, annuities, mutual funds and fee structures.
• Series 7 and Series 63 required;
  Life & Health insurance license and Series 66 preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent customer service and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Hourly rate range: $23.08 – $34.62. Compensation may include incentive components such as production, commission or discretionary incentives.
