Your Role:

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes or community settings.

Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.

Collect and record session data on an electronic device.

Collaborate with families and supervisors to ensure treatment success.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (college students and graduates in related fields encouraged).

Fluency in Bengali/Bangla is required.

Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Passion for working with children and making a difference.

Ability to commit to at least 6 months in the role.
