A leading, well-established OMH organization is seeking an experienced and strategic Clinical Director to oversee our clinic in Park Slope. This leadership role involves ensuring high-quality care, compliance with regulations, and operational excellence. The Clinical Director will be responsible for supervising clinical staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and driving continuous improvement in patient care services.
Responsibilities- Clinical Operations Management: Oversee all clinical and treatment services, ensuring they align with company policies and contractual obligations.
- Staff Supervision and Development: Provide clinical supervision to counseling staff, including conducting evaluations, facilitating weekly meetings, and supporting professional development.
- Recruitment and Training: Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training clinical staff, ensuring the team is equipped to deliver high-quality care.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all clinical operations comply with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Conduct audits of patient records to maintain quality and compliance.
- Program Development: Develop and implement clinical programming, including aftercare components, to meet patient needs and organizational goals.
- Operational Leadership: Collaborate with the executive team to optimize internal processes, manage budgets, and support the clinic's growth and efficiency.
- Proven leadership experience in healthcare, with a focus on clinical supervision and program management.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, resource allocation, and performance evaluation procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, ensuring compliance and high‑quality service delivery.
- Experience in developing and implementing clinical policies and programs that enhance patient care.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems and proficiency in relevant software applications.
Salary: $100K-$125K
