Residence Manager For Women

As a Residence Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the home, including developing and implementing programs that enhance the well-being of the residents.

You will work closely with our staff to create individualized care plans, monitor daily activities, and facilitate communication between residents, families, and healthcare professionals. • Oversee daily operations of the Women Home ensuring adherence to all policies and regulations.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents and their families.
• Supervise and support staff in their duties, ensuring a high quality of care.
• Facilitate training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills.
• Coordinate activities and programs that promote social engagement and personal development among residents.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to care plans, incidents, and staffing.
• Liaise with healthcare providers, families, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care.

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in a managerial role within a residential care setting.
• Strong understanding of resident care needs and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Proficiency in organizational and administrative tasks.
