Join Tata Consultancy Services as an Analyst for a dynamic role supporting image capture applications in a client‑facing onsite environment.

• Provide onsite support for image capture applications, including job monitoring, issue resolution, and performance tuning.
• Own end‑to‑end incidents, problem tickets, and change management processes.
• Conduct vulnerability remediation and SQL query optimisation.
• Maintain and enhance Service Now, Kibana, and Dynatrace monitoring.
• Support 24×7 on‑call operations to minimise downtime.
• Configure and manage Windows operating systems and IIS settings.
• Participate in patch deployments and upgrades ensuring zero‑defect roll‑outs.
• Liaise with client stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates and address escalations.
• Document job schedules, criticality assessments, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with the AMS team on incident analysis and remediation efforts.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation opportunities in image capture processes.

• 5+ years of application support experience.
• Hands‑on experience with .NET applications and SQL.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a client‑facing onsite environment.
• Exposure to BFSI domain, especially banking operations.
• Experience with JIRA, EPPIC, and other ticketing tools.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, IIS configuration, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with Service Now, Kibana, and Dynatrace.
• Proficiency in vulnerability remediation, SQL optimisation, and incident management.
