Engineer Application Support specializing in ATM hardware and software systems.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience with solid understanding of ATM hardware, software, and architectural design.
• Production support experience in application support (L2/L3).
• Identify root causes of ATM issues and conduct first‑level troubleshooting.
• Understand basic security protocols and procedures.
• Basic knowledge of ATM application servers, DBMS, and third‑party software licensing.
• Familiarity with ATM software deployment procedures, through RLM or manual processes.
• Engage daily with clients and vendor partners to ensure smooth BAU processes.
• Conduct pre‑production functional and regression validation on different ATM models and communicate outcomes to stakeholders and LOB.
• Monitor ATM software compliance/third‑party audit and inform stakeholders/LOB of issues/findings.
• Prioritize tasks and complete them within deadlines.
• Regularly monitor incident queues to ensure all incidents and Service‑Now requests are addressed within SLAs.
• Follow change‑management process for new changes and perform validations/system checks post‑production deployment.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve ATM application issues.
• Timely address all vulnerabilities, variances, and findings.

• Bachelor of Computer Science.

$100,000 - $120,000 per year
