Roadmap:
** Define and execute a technology roadmap aligned with wealth management objectives, including digital client engagement, portfolio management, and advisor tools.
* ** Platform Modernization:
** Oversee modernization of legacy systems and integration of Wealth Tech solutions, ensuring scalability and security.
* ** Innovation & Digital Enablement:
** Champion emerging technologies (AI, analytics, APIs) to improve personalization, advisory efficiency, and operational automation.
* ** Regulatory Compliance:
** Ensure technology solutions meet wealth management regulatory requirements (FINRA, SEC, etc.) and support risk management frameworks.
* ** Stakeholder
Collaboration:
** Partner with business leaders, product managers, and vendors to deliver technology initiatives that enhance client experience and advisor productivity.
* ** Data & Insights:
** Drive data strategy for wealth platforms, enabling advanced analytics and reporting for investment performance and client insights.
