Business Analyst 2

Client is looking for a senior business analyst who can guide and lead an existing 5‑member BA team. Experience in Actimize and Alert/Case Management systems is required. The analyst will work with the Fraud Line of Business and operations teams to identify pain points, document possible solutions, and introduce automation/AI solutions available in the market to reduce manual effort. The role serves as the go‑to person from a Scrum Master perspective for all business analyst work.

This position operates in a hybrid model with day shifts and focuses on translating business needs into actionable insights to drive company success.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications to enhance system functionality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Actimize solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for business processes and system configurations.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes and system efficiency.
• Conduct data analysis using Actimize tools to identify trends and patterns that inform decision‑making.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations through effective use of Actimize solutions.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Support the implementation of new features and enhancements in Actimize platforms.
• Train and mentor junior analysts to build a strong team capable of delivering high‑quality solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet business objectives.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes to enhance overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of Actimize solutions.

• Possess strong analytical skills with a proven track record in business analysis.
• Demonstrate expertise in ACTIMIZE RCM Designer and Actimize Unified Data Manager.
• Exhibit proficiency in Actimize Act One / RCM and related technologies.
• Have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• Show ability to work in a hybrid model with flexibility and adaptability.
• Display strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
