Builds, maintains, and documents infrastructure components for work assigned.

Actively works resolution of system and client experience impacts for one or more environments, applications, or platforms.

Takes direction and embraces mentorship and training from senior engineers; shares own perspective on Key Bank processes and/or applicable trends and previous experiences.

Demonstrates active learning regarding industry trends in banking and technology; suggests new ideas to improve current processes.

Learns and follows recommended IT standards (e.g. info security, audit, compliance, etc.) as well as operational best practices.

Assists in testing and evaluating new and existing solutions and capabilities.

Utilizes technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts to deliver mature monitoring, improved resiliency, and high availability.

Basic Understanding of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, application or operation.

Working Knowledge of the features and facilities of systems; ability to integrate and communicate among applications, databases and technology platforms.

Basic Understanding of availability management; ability to utilize strategies and tools to ensure the timely availability of business data and applications.

Working Knowledge of agile methodologies and the agile development lifecycle; ability to utilize formal agile methodologies, disciplines, practices and techniques for the delivery of new and enhanced applications.

Basic Understanding of Information Technology (IT) systems; ability to utilize a variety of system tools, guarantee service availability, and ensure optimal IT system performance.

Working Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) standards and policies; ability to utilize a variety of administrative skill sets and technical knowledge to manage organizational IT policies, standards, and procedures.

Basic Understanding of emerging technologies; ability to design, apply and evaluate new information technologies for business environments.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $61,000.00 - $94,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
